Our staff has a passion for community, caring and Christ.

Pastor Curt Wiedenroth  |  Senior Pastor

Pastor Curt opened his life to Jesus Christ in 1978 while serving in the Air Force.  Two years later, he responded to the call of God on his life for the ministry.  He graduated from Boston Baptist College in 1985 and joined the college staff where he served as the Dean of Students for four years. During that time, he also served as the Youth Pastor at Heritage Park.  In August of 1989, Pastor Curt and his family moved to East Boston where, for 13 years, he pastored a fledgling church that was started by Heritage Park.  He became the senior pastor of HP in May of 2002.

Pastor Curt and his wife Lynn have three grown children and eight grandchildren. He also serves on the Boston Baptist College Board of Trustees.

It’s a tremendous privilege to pastor this wonderful church. As we work together to make the life changing words of Jesus known to others, we continue to grow in our love for God and one another. We enjoy a real family atmosphere here and it’s just thrilling to watch everybody worship, help one another, and serve together.
— Pastor Curt

Kurt Corcoran  |  Youth Pastor

Born and raised in Ohio, Kurt opened his life to Jesus Christ in 2006. In pursuit of God's call to Christian service, he came to Massachusetts in 2013 to receive his ministry education at Boston Baptist College.  He enjoys sports, fishing, and hiking, and has a passion for seeing teens excel in their faith and life.  Kurt has been helping with the youth group at Heritage Park since coming to Boston and was hired as the Youth Pastor in 2015.

The youth of today need to find their purpose. My passion is to show them that it lies within their Creator and how they can better understand and more fully experience relationship with Him. I’m a firm believer that God is always using past experiences to prepare us for future opportunities. Today’s young people will encounter many opportunities in life. My heartbeat is to help them discern those opportunities through biblical teaching and mentoring, and by investing in their lives.
— Kurt
